• The number of in person participants will be determined occuring to the Greek Government Health Protocols which will be in effect during the congress period.
• First-come-first-served basis will apply to all in person participants.
•For online attendance, participants will receive their login details by e-mail 2 days prior to the commencement of the congress.

• Group registration requires a minimum of 10 registrations. 10% discount will apply to the total amount.

• Only one invoice will be issued per group.

• Should any participant decide to cancel their registration, the registration fee will not be refunded.


GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

It is explicitly agreed that all participation costs (registration fees) related to the online participation of the virtual congress will continue to apply normally and will be retained by the organizing company (Global Events) for the live attendance, too.

If any differences arise then that amount will be returned to the participants within 45 calendar days after the completion of the conference.

It is explicitly agreed that all costs relating to the accommodation of the participants will be reimbursed in accordance with the rules and provisions of force majeure.

Otherwise, the general cancellation policy of the conference will continue to apply.

Additionally, in case of cancellation of the in person physical or virtual conference due to force majeure (referring to natural disaster, pandemic, war, etc.), it is explicitly agreed that the participants will not be able to claim any financial compensation from the organizers.

The obligation of the organizers to the participants will be eliminated only with the reimbursement of the amounts paid for registration and accommodation costs, in accordance with the previous terms stated.
